One by one leaving like a breeze, leaving behind what, but a name of shame and debates of heaven or hell. Last of the series, hung himself feet’s above the ground at the airport tower. What were the troubles that burdened him so much, what was going through his mind when he made the final decision?

The decision to commit suicide, I like calling it the ultimate decision for two reasons. One; the decision to commit suicide is made when the person feels that there is no alternative, no other solutions, the only way is to die and leave behind all the troubles and burdens forever. Two; when a person makes the decision and act upon it, there is no turning back, there is no looking back. It’s over forever.

But whenever a person commits suicide, I can’t help, but think, why! Why was that decision made, what issues in life was so horrible that the person had to reach the point of no return.

Sometimes, it is personal matters, on other occasions it is matters related to acceptance, and there could be so many reasons.

And many of the people do understand such. Unfortunately the very people who understand the meaning of stress, depression, trouble, and acceptance are the very people who might be the next victim of suicide.
The calmness on one’s face, the sweet smile and the laughter’s might just be the mask that covers a life of painfulness.

Parents got to accept their children as who they are, mothers need to be more loving and caring, fathers need to be exemplary contrast to a negative influence.

A society where everything and anything could be shared needs to be created. The society needs to accept its entire people whoever they might be, whatever their belief is.

Shad is described by people who know him as a kind hearted friendly person always with a huge smile on his face. And as a loving father who spends whatever he gets on his child and his ex-wife. Usually in his long sleeve shirts, loose jeans, tied to his back the dyed long hair, he is a well built man who seems to be strong, with broad shoulders and a height approximately of 5 feet 2 inches.

In less than 10 minutes after he entered the house, he came running, eyes wide, and rushed into Almart, asked Samih to dial the police and told he has been stabbed. Although Samih had difficulties believing what he was witnessing, Shad was profusely bleeding, slowly losing his strength. After several failed attempts Samih was able to reach 911, and provide information they requested including the place, street address etc.

And Shad was asking Samih to quick, and that he was black-outing. And in a while, his consciousness left his body. Luckily Samih saw a police personal outside the shop, and got his help with the situation. Just after a few minutes’ police had taken Shad to ADK hospital, a police personal informed Samih that Shad has deceased.

The end of Shad! With every end there is a new beginning, that is what people say. And with his end, what would be the new beginning? Would it be a jail term of a lifetime for his x-wife? Or would it be the beginning of a parent-less life for their kid Zac?

At teen he met a group, generally referred to as the ‘wahabbis’ at the Maldives. A few hours of interaction developed a sheer interest in him towards religion. He never cared to ask several questions that he asked later, but continued to follow ‘the group’. He was there amid them at the very center, yet his view was as if someone looking into a group from a distance. He was an observer, a learner, and a careful one in that.

When MDP came into existence every person who was against the then government (Maumoons government) joined MDP. It was two sides at that time; the MDP and Maumoon’s people. Later on with more freedom and because of differences in thinking more groups evolved.

Similar to this, he started seeing a division within the religious group of people that he was with. When they were together all they talked about was unity; holding to the rope of faith together. But with changes in philosophy they started to leave the rope, they unwind the rope which created several tinier ropes that were ‘scrawny’! They started fighting each other and started seeing each other as infidels!

And as an observer, he could not withstand what he witnessed. It was a mess that he needed to get out of. His faith that started to blossom vanished into a nothingness. He saw each other showing evidences in their favor from the same sources and his feeling towards the Almighty changes. He started believing that there is no higher power. Because whatever religion that he knew of was full of contradictions, conflicts, arguments, fights and battles. He saw religion as a politics with own agendas, own philosophies and thinking.

So he ignored, started wandering yet again. And when he reached higher education he was deep into science. His knowledge in science ousted any other student at his level. This might so be because his intention was not only learning for the sake of learning, but to find a meaning in life, to find answers, to know the reason of existence.

In science he saw a beauty; a beauty that is so intense so complicated and completely governed. He saw the most complicated formulae governing the actions and reactions in life; a formula that creates a never ending series of complicated events. The universe, the beauty in it, life, death, the math, the physics, the chemistry in the universe, how these three basics of the science co-joined to bring out the miracles of the universe! In that he saw a fascination. A miracle, wonderment!

And in science, in the wonderment of the universe, in the beauty of life he saw reasons, reasons that brought back his belief; the belief in a superior power. The strengths that govern the universe, the laws that keep the flow, it requires to have a coordinator, and organizer, he realized. And his faith grew stronger the more he learned science. In deed belief is magical!

A man such as Nazim, a firm believer in atheism who has been holding to his belief for several years, I can’t simply believe that it would take just two days for his ‘worst enemies’ to change his mind. Nazim wasn’t just a ‘want to be’ atheist. Not a kid who wants to prove that he is a cool guy. And if he was, from where could have he acquired the courage to make the announcement in front that huge crowd; that huge crowd that included a people who would not dare to slaughter a person for renouncing Islam? The only possibility here is that it is a plan, a game…

Scenario 2:

Those who have a keen eye would have known that the Islamic ministry is been given certain special powers. They have created an alliance with a special force of MNDF to fight against terrorism in commas which in real means to fight against atheism. Why this special task force particularly in secrecy to fight against atheism? Why is the Islamic ministry given such a power? And how will the Islamic ministry react on gaining such a special power?

The Islamic ministry is indeed very enthusiastic about the new powers they are been awarded with. And they have already started using their powers…prematurely. The ‘secret agents’ they use are ‘brainless’. Their method of eavesdropping is worse than that of the Stone Age! Who uses a pre paid mobile phone connected, on the table of the meeting, to conference the meeting? What a shame!

Scenario 3:

How does scenario 1 and scenario 2 matches? The international groups want to ensure that the Maldives if a free country, that is they want to make Maldives a secular state. In order to achieve this goal they need to show a reason to intervene the clause in the constitution that states that every Maldivian should be a Muslim. And Nazim is their first game. They will argue that Nazim was forced to become a believer. In two days how one’s faith could be changed!

And with the powers granted to the Islamic ministry they will be making some arrests within the next few weeks or months. And these arrests will become international headlines which will trigger an international uproar which will in turn pressure the government which will result in a change in the constitution.

Conspiracy or a fact, you will see!

In my point of view, the reason behind is two. One: Lack of education, two: lack of freedom.

Lacks of education in the sense, most of these groups are lead by uneducated people. There could be a youngster who just learned the basics of Islam from an Indian extremist school, comes to Male’, gathers a group of youngsters, speaks with utmost assurance and affectively, and spreads his version of Islam. Then, comes a salaf from Saudi, spreads his version of Islam. And the uneducated kids listening to these two groups create a dot who adopts the extreme of the extreme views from the two extremes! So on and so forth!

Most of the scholars at the Maldives, particularly those who speak on Radio Atoll have extreme views on everything! Given freedom of speech, all they are expressing is hatred and anger. Their message is all others are enemies. The Prophets teaching on respecting non-Muslims they somehow forget. For them, a Christian is an enemy, a Buddhist is an enemy, and if a person belongs to a religion other than Islam is an enemy. The fear inciting talks, the anger, the hatred – kill kill kill, slay slay slay, behead behead – these words drive crazy the people who listen to these so called scholars. Although, the Prophet fought several of the wars, he did prove the importance of life, and did not kill but a single man. Yet, what these scholars only see is the Ayats and Hadeeth that calls for killing!

And the other group, all they do is talk about the little things that does not even ‘matter’. Where will you keep your hands during prayer? Thank God there is no number of times from 20, 30, 31, 32, 33, 34, 50, 60, 100, 1000; the number of times the finger should be moved during Ah’thahiyaath! If there was, it would have been the debate of the century maybe! Seriously, in a society where people don’t even know the pillars of Islam why are these small things so important?

Lack of education! Lack of thinking and logic! What these scholars care about is spreading their version of Islam, and trying to disprove others. Their message is to forget about the world and only think about what is to come. And when a people who does not even know the pillars of Islam hear these scholars extreme versions of Islam, more extremists are created, without knowing the fundamentals.

And the lack of freedom, because Islam is the only way of life that could be practiced at the Maldives, it creates the unimaginable. There exists people who want do all sorts of things. So they go for two options. They either discredit Islam, start following their own way of life, or they try to find evidence within Islam to do the extreme acts they do. And while doing this, their belief strengthens, and they sincerely start to believe that their actions are in accordance with the Islamic tenets. And this also creates the other extreme! Thos who have a hate towards Islam…

At the end, feelings keep on boiling within the people, waiting for a chance to pour it out. Like politics, with freedom of speech, even at this very moment, people keep on shouting all their feeling on radios, and any media they get access to, even if what they speak does not make any sense!

Likewise, people like Nazim, could not hold their beliefs and questions withheld. Had Maldives provided a better environment, had Maldives provided better education, had Maldives not blacklisted those who ask question about God, the situation would have been better. Nazim did not have to pour his questions and thoughts the way he did. And had the Muslims been well educated, the reaction that they had upon Nazim announcing his belief would have been more Islamic and more peaceful.

If there is a way to force Islam, Allah would have not mentioned that there is no obligation in Islam. It is freewill. It is freedom to believe what a person wants to believe. And it is against Islamic teachings to enforce Islam. The Quran and the Sunnah, fully describes how to maintain Islam, how to call for Islam and how to spread Islam. But writing in a constitution that the people should be Muslims is a misconception. The way things are to be done in Islam is defined. Any addition to it is a bid’ah! And forcing an Islamic state is a bid’ah. It is an addition; it is a human way, not a religious way.

And when this is told, some ask, ‘for example, a Muslim enters a church, disrespect the church, say whatever he wishes to the people therein. Would they not get frustrated? Would they not get angry and would they not do a little beating as well?’ Well, they might! They might even kill the person. But that is what differentiates Muslims; that is why Islam is beautiful. Islam teaches tolerance, calmness and peace. Not hate and anger!

This question comes to mind, might be for several reasons. It is, perhaps, because of the understanding or the ideology or the feeling that a person feels, ‘I am not created or I do not exist simply to live and die’! However, when a person is mature enough and opens her eyes to the world she sees her surroundings. A surrounding that is filled with different people of different beliefs, cultures and life styles. And she thinks about their daily activities. She sees people worship, she sees people build the world, she sees people learn and teach…so on so forth. And at the end she sees people leave behind marks that are beneficial and useful for others. Marks that remain used, unchanged for centuries and centuries!

She sees people trying to achieve goals, some succeed, and some fail. And she asks herself, over and over again, what am I supposed to do? And if she is a believer, she looks up into the sky and asks, ‘O Lord! Why did You create me?’ And by all these questions and thoughts, she is only searching for a higher purpose, a reason for living, a deeper meaning and to gain more than what is already gained and to provide more than what is already been provided.

And when she is told it is for worship that she exists, she wonders what is meant by worship. Indeed, the word ‘worship’ in the Islamic dictionary is vast. Unlike what certain sheikhs says it is not only about the daily five prayers, zakat, hajj, fasting etc. But worship means a lot more than that. It is the defining point of life, the very rule that governs every moment in life. Obviously one could not spend every second in the meaning that certain sheiks explain as worshipping.

In the very simplest of terms, worship could perhaps be explained as the act of refraining from deeds that is been forbidden! As long as she remains away from what is been forbidden she is in a state of obedience and therefore following what is been revealed and thus worshipping.

She learns from The Book, that amongst the various meanings of the term worship, it also includes activities of enjoyment, learning, educating etc. And what grasped her concentration utmost was how strongly it is called upon to observe, learn and gain knowledge. And because this was so strongly mentioned she believed that learning and gaining knowledge is of utmost priority.

And it was only when she studied; when she learned the world, she realized there is a meaning to life. That is when she realized that living does not mean spending days and days at home covering with a cloak. But learning and making use of what is been learned, exploring, researching and tackling every little to big thing in life, is more of a living and a worship.

That is when she realized it is not only what is after death that matters, but this world is of high importance. The purpose of men and women is to sustain life on earth. And in order to do so, building the earth is a necessity. Earning is a must. Some describe earth as a bridge, and their advice is to ignore it and only to think about what at the end of the bridge. But she realized that crossing a bridge is a hard work, particularly if the seas underneath are rough. All precautionary measures need to be assured; life jackets need to be worn, the paths should be learned, friends and foes require to be identified. Walking with eyes closed will only direct to a path of darkness. Perhaps with closed eyes it would lead to a hall on the bridge if stepped into would drown her in the rough seas.

Therefore, she concludes that life on earth requires endless effort in personal development, adjusting herself to the surrounding and making the world a place where she could live. And most importantly she needs to make the world a place where her children, grand children and the generations to follow could live.

‘If you want to eat food, you want to taste all the food? And then you will say which the best food to have is’

Meaning One:

The person who answered did not realize that when choosing a religion, one should choose only the true religion. Food considered, it does not matter, even if it is not the tastiest or even if it is not the best of all, the requirements would be sufficed. The desire to eat would be fulfilled and hunger killed. But once a ‘wrong’ religion chosen one could end up in blazes eternally!

Meaning Two:

The person who answered is very contentious. He believes that whatever religion one follows, it does not matter as long as that particular religion gives the person hopes and the satisfaction and the driving force of life. At the end it would not matter!

When Maumoon was at power, simple protests would force him to change what he was doing, and he had to bow to the citizens and the opposition. But with Nasheed leading, it is very different. The establishment of provinces, increasing of the electricity charges, cutting of salaries, and the promises to bring Guantanamo prisoners to Maldives are few examples.

The straightforwardness in his words and the tenderness in his actions would make one ask the question, ‘from where does he get the courage to move forward so straight so smooth?’ And the answers dwell in the lengthy history of the New World Order (N.W.O)!

For many of us, N.W.O is either a conspiracy theory or something that we have never heard of! Yet in reality, it is a truth, a prophecy that will be fulfilled; elaborating on the word prophecy, because it is mentioned in the Holy books.

In a very simple perspective, the N.W.O is a ‘concept’ as well a belief that the world will be under single power, single governance before the End Time. In different cultures and different beliefs the signs for the End Time vary but do have similarities. Muslims, Christians, Pagan, Jews and even the Satanists of Vatican believe that before the End Time the world will be ruled by a single government.

For the Satanists, they have been getting ready for The Ceremony for centuries and centuries. When they retrieved what Solomon left buried under the temple of Solomon, they became the world powers. They learned the forbidden knowledge from the documents buried. They were able to establish communication with other dimensions, and their belief is that it will be a Satan that will be the leader during the time of N.W.O. In a way this coincidences with the Islamic belief of Dajjal!

However, the Satanists have been building their temples around the globe, the pyramids, and other ‘energy points’ in order to garner energy enough for the Lucifer/Dajjal to appear. And they have been performing several rituals and events that are mostly related to 11, which is a symbol of Satan. If one goes through the history of the world the events of November will be very much visible!

The Americans and the British are the leaders behind the N.W.O. And the leaders of these countries are the core Satanists. The Vatican, people of the Church, the British Royal Family is all conspired to be followers of the Satan. The Roth’s Child Family who controls the finance of the world seems to be the leader Satanists who are funding all the Satanist activities around the world.

Yes, the same Roth’s Child group who offered to give a hand on the carbon neutral project of the Maldives. Back to the point, who is ruling the Maldives, the US and the British are trying utmost to achieve the goal of controlling the world as the time of The Arrival is looming. We can see clearly how the US and the British attack their opponents; implant one of their people to lead particular countries. In this manner, today the Maldives is been handed over to a ruler who is friends with the British. Handed over, because without the help the British provided, the MDP would have not achieved the goal of leading the country.

Now bringing the whole picture together, it is part of the N.W.O to control all the countries of the world before establishing the One World Government. And they have achieved this goal at the Maldives by electing Mohamed Nasheed as the president.

And this is the exact reason why President Nasheed is fearless. He has an assurance and is backed by the British, the Royal Family, and the Roth’s Child Family. And those of you who observe, sooner than later, will see pyramids been erected at the Maldives, the energy sources of the Satanists! The Maldives is not anymore ruled by the Maldivians, it is ruled by the British, the Vatican, and the Satanists!

All the findings of these people were looted, and the worldly knowledge was in a way taught as a curse to them. ‘Science is the worst enemy of Islam’ is what the Muslims were made to believe! Sadly in the paradise on earth, the Maldives, this ideology is growing stronger and stronger with every minute that is passing. It was yesterday, an uzthaz, was expressing his views on science at the Islamic library.

His focal point was that science is nothing! Science is useless and of no importance. And to prove his ideology on science he took an example – water. He presented a scenario. Two containers filled with water, one salt and the other pure. His argument was that because the quantity of water in both containers was equal and because the weight of the water is equal there is no way science could differentiate whether it is salt water or pure water! And he said that it is only a human who can differentiate the water by tasting it! Now, this argument flabbergasts me! First of all, it could be his ignorance and lack of knowledge that made him say that the weight of an equal amount of salt water and pure water would be equal!

It is simple logic; water becomes salty because there is salt content in the water. Salt is heavy and therefore salt water should be heavy compared to pure water.

Secondly to differentiate between salt water and pure water one does not need to employ a human to taste it. If science could not differentiate between these two, than, obviously every water plant would require a human to test its water for salt content. This uztaz was so ignorant; he did not know that science could even measure the quantity of salt that exists in a given quantity of water, let alone differentiate salt water and pure water.

I’d like to call this example of the uztaz a humiliating one! And it is the lack of knowledge that puts one is such a state of humiliation. If we want to discredit science, simply ignore science. But making such examples is so humiliating, not only for the people who make such statements, but to the entire country!

The truth is science can breathe, smell, taste, touch, feel, and evolve!
