The Hulhumale’ Condominium: A Villa Project

The Hulhumale’ Condominium is a project that will erect an eight-story condominium block with a total of 116 units, on a currently vacant 7,000 sq m site located at Hulhumale’. This is going to be an exemplary evolution to the Maldives. This will be the first condominium concept building at the Maldives as well the first “high class” residential building. The condominium will include a full range of facilities including a pool, well-equipped gymnasium, tennis court, fitness stations, a modern clubhouse and underground parking space.
