In some of the countries it is true that teachers and lecturers want students to fear them. They have the sentiment that it is fear that students should suffer in order to get excellent outcome! Or may be it is that they have some psychological issues, whatsoever the bitter fact is that such lecturers and teachers do exist. These people use offensive and threatening words at students. This is saddening as such behavior influence the students mentally and impinge on their future. In some countries still mistreatment towards students is a grave matter. Governments of such countries do not do much to control teachers or lecturers. Thus, students don’t have much of rights which results them been abused psychologically and or/physically. In my point of view it is respect and admiration that such teachers confuse with fear. It is respect and reverence that will make students improved. If a teacher is able to gain the respect of students, those students will much more deliberate and do much better then when the fear tactic is used. The same issue is also seen at offices and so on. Some of the bosses consider that their employees will only do the work perfectly if they are kept in fear. Such bosses threaten the employees in different ways. They might force them to work extra hours and threaten that they will be expelled form the job if they don’t. Such acts does not in fact yield better outcome, but create irritated people who will eventually cause some kind of nuisance. Sometimes it might even be dangerous.
